Staff were very good, great location, great facility among the trees! The pool was a good facility are lit beautifully, a nice place to spend the evening!

The place is a little dated, could be freshened up and fixed up in a few places, for example plug sockets not always working and the bathroom paint getting rather marked. The breakfast buffet was good but other hotel restaurants of friends who stayed nearby were significantly better looking and the food they offered.

if you don't just look at beauty, the floor in the room is very dirty, and the water in the shower is very cold. The hotel staff did nothing about it even though we informed them several times. Not worth the money if you end up showering in cold water. Very disappointing

I liked the ambience of the resort with some green space maintained in the middle of the rooms. The entrance to the room was from a passage which faced out of the resort. I was looking forward to sitting in the balcony and enjoying the quiet green space. Unfortunately our neighbouring occupants were coughing quite loudly and smoking which basically ruled out the possibility. There were some large cracks running along the walls which really need to be taken care of. Breakfast was ok and limited for us as vegetarians.

This amazing property is located near Mandrem beach. The rooms are spacious, super clean and expertly articulated with amenities. The hospitality is top notch. I would like to mention the staffs Rupesh, Deepesh, Geetanjali, Kishor, Vijayendra and more - who took special care of our needs. They ensured our stay is comfortable and memorable. The breakfast spread is one of a kind and kicked off our mornings at a great note. I highly recommend this place for your next Goa trip, if you are seeking luxury, with great service and ambiance.

Everything about this resort was top class. We reached the resort 3 hours before checkin time. We thought we would just leave the kuggage and wait for the check-in time (like we are used to in Europe) but even without requesting early checkin, the staff cleaned and provided us with a room. Our attended Kishore was humble, kind and ready to help at any time. Pool was amazing, breakfast was great, and rooms were spacious. If you are here for relaxing, then this resort would be the best choice.
