Spacious for huge pax staying in one time

Room accomodations are not far from pools and atleast they have other pools for other guests. Beach view and bay walk is very good.

We loved the location since it is very accessible and easy to get to. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with no unpleasant smell. The air conditioning in the room for two was very cold and comfortable. The BBQ area is also a highlight since there are plenty of grills available for guests to use. The infinity pool was great and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant.

The air conditioning in the 8-person room (Capiz 2) was not very effective. It was not cold enough and did not distribute air well since it was not swinging, so only one bed was getting most of the cool air. Even after turning on the window-type AC in the inner room and leaving the door open, it did not help much. The sink in the BBQ area was not well maintained. The tube is open, so the water goes directly into a basin that easily overflows. You have to empty it first before you can use the sink again, which is inconvenient. The pool near the restaurant was not clean. It appeared green, so we did not feel comfortable swimming in it even though it was right in front of our room. The billiard table is quite old and not well maintained. There was only one cue stick available, and one of the pockets was open, so you have to catch the balls.

This is an older property about to take on a new life with the construction of a new building near the beach. Food was good. Service was very friendly.

The resort is building around a very long and narrow courtyard. Access to the beach, at one end of the courtyard is restricted due to construction. Hopefully, that will be fixed soon. The beach and beach side pool were covered in litter. This needs to be monitored several times a day. The bathroom sink was plugged and drained very slowly.
