The views were breathtaking. The cabins were very comfortable and they had everything I needed from a fireplace to a jacuzzi, of course that was the case for the Delux cabin which is the one that I opted for.

For the price I felt like I didn't get what I payed for in terms of room service and amenities. What hotel that cost $200+/night in Ecuador doesn't even offer breakfast, that's just insane to me. No breakfast and no room service event though I payed for the Deluxe cabin which is the most expensive of them all. Also The food was kind of overpriced and mediocre in terms of flavor. You do get a lot of food but the Ribs that I ordered were not great, I finished one out of the two that came on the plate, my partner ordered fish and she said It was OK and out of the 4 drinks I ordered the michelada was one of the best I've ever had but the cocktails were horrible and totally watered down, so bad that we didn't even drank the cocktails, just the Michelada. My partner mentioned to me that she had visited the place about a year ago and that it was a totally different experience where they had a ton of amenities, the food and drinks were great and had great room service. She was baffled at why it had changed so munch. She also mentioned that it was a different name back then so it's probably under new management now.
