1. The natural beauty of the environment was great. 2. The rooms were large, very clean and well maintained. 3. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. 4. Small garden area for children to play.

Quite a disappointing stay unfortunately. 1. The location is very isolated within the airport and if you didn't have baggage is within walking distance from the terminal. However, the airport taxi's were extortionate charging over and above rates if travelling to Nelson Mandela Gardens or the town. It was disappointing there were no shuttle bus from location to and from the airport of int town to reduce the sense of isolation because of the poor facilities within the resort. Therefore, if you are a guest without a vehicle and without Uber or Bolt app, you'll be stranded. Would highly recommend the management considers adding this service. 2. The very limited selection for breakfast (no menu so you had to call the kitchen) and alternate times was brought to your room because there was no restaurant facility, added to the sense of isolation. 3. There was no lift to get your baggages to the rooms and therefore reliant on porters that were not readily present to help carry them. 4. There are no facilities for disabled access. 5.The layout of the building did not present a sense of security. 6. The swimming pool had green algae growing, showing evidence of lack of use and maintenance. The ultra mini 'zoo' had few animals and not properly maintained. Would have liked to have seen more with larger space for the animals to move around as you drive past. 7. The reception is too far from the property and when key needed to be reactivated had to walk all the way to the front of the estate for it to be reactivated.

I loved the view, the trees, animals, the comfort.

The location is serene within the airport and has a small nice animal park. Rooms are large and spacious with smart TV , microwave and a small kitchenette.

Front desk staff are not welcoming enough. Breakfast was delayed. Too many young staff that need more training on courtesy and hotel management. There should nos to call on the intercom. Internet was poor

Incredible location especially if you have onward travel through to the airport. Great facility with nice rooms.

Some staff were rude and unprofessional. One overpriced the food I ordered until a staff member noticed I was being cheated and reported it to the manager who swiftly intervened and rectified the situation. It didn’t create a good impression to me and the other customers who saw what took place.
