The staff were very polite and helpful with all arrangements, from booking day trips, motos, and scuba.

TVs are in Chinese so hard to know what’s what. But that’s all didn’t really watch much tv while I stayed. Just an improvement.

The staff are genuinely friendly, caring, and professional. A special thank you to Carol, Grace, and Rupps, who made our stay unforgettable with their kindness, attentiveness, and personal touch. You can truly feel that they care about their guests, not just as customers but as individuals. If you’re deciding where to stay, I highly recommend skipping the big chain resorts like Henann and choosing a smaller hotel like this instead. The personalized service, attention to detail, and warm atmosphere simply can’t be matched by large resorts. We always leave happy, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone who values genuine hospitality and a more intimate resort experience.
