Ultra Mint Resort

We spent six wonderful nights at this hotel. The room was absolutely perfect — spacious, new, clean and stylish. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for great sleep every night. I was a bit worried about the hot water after reading some comments, but the shower worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water. The staff were very kind and responsive. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we preferred to explore local places to eat each morning. There’s a pool and a very cozy lounge area where we spent many relaxing hours. Overall, a solid 9 out of 10 — we’d happily come back!

The location is a bit far from the center, but still manageable.

Staff were lovely and happy to help organise anything. Location is decent as it’s a short walk to lively part but also separate to chill.

Shared rooms are expensive considering they’re four times the cost of competitors.

siamo arrivati dopo essere stati truffati da un altro hotel là vicino. abbiamo prenotato in loco ma ci siamo sbagliati nel selezionare la camera e abbiamo subito proposto di pagare la differenza. lo staff però ci ha fatto pagare il triplo del valore effettivo dicendo che la prenotazione era attraverso booking e non si poteva fare il cambio in loco. inoltre la piscina è vecchia e sporca. netflix non funzionava in camera e non sono stati in grado di aggiustarlo

The vibe of the hotel is nice. The chill out and the pool are confortable.

We had several issues with the room (door not opening or closing, bathroom full of insects and smelling bad) and we weren’t compensated anyhow. They charged us for staying one estra hour, something that in most cases is assumed by the hotel. They also charge if they cannot remove some stains in towels and sheets.
