Ambience is good. Clean environment. Clean rooms & toilets. Cordial and supportive staff

Food in restaurant can be a bit better. Breakfast was good. But, for the rest (lunch/dinner), the taste of the items needs improvement

Such a wonderful time spent at this resort. The staff is very kind and it feels so relaxed here. The resort is peaceful with beautiful backwaters

Well we have taken the room with a private pool, the view and location was exceptional, the staff was amazing and the food was good (keeping in mind that it’s not fresh most of it is frozen) we didn’t use the private pool cause it was a bit dirty, the main pool was temperature controlled which was good for by kid however overall the property needs a lot of maintenance. You also definitely need a car if you’re staying at this location everything is quite far unless you’re gonna chill there itself. The resort has decent activities.

Far from civilization but good peaceful location, lot of maintenance needed and could be a bit more cleaner. Main pool also requires filter to needs maintenance.

Room cleaneness

Pool was not clean and maintained. Dinning hall was not clean. Dinner was not served on time. Overall maintenance was not done for the resort. Toilet tap was not properly working.

Exceptional.. The location is unbeatable ..imagine waking up to the sound of birds and watching the sun rise over the tranquil waters right from your room or private deck. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful views that make you want to just sit back and soak it all in.
