Beira Mar Beach Resort

It’s a third time we come to Beira Mar. I don’t know better quality/location/price/comfort ratio hotel in Goa. And I recommended it to many of my friends. The perfect golden/white sand beach is right behind the door of hotel. Not big but lovely territory, all in flowers and green plants and palms. They take care of the plants very thoroughly so it looks like a botanic garden. So many spots for wonderful tropical photos!!. Pool is very nice and has been improved for the last year. Tents with lights, armchairs, clear water in pool, baby area in pool, music for the good mood. Bar with drinks and cocktails. Very fast and polite housekeeping personnel. Nice breakfast from 7:30-10:30. Cottages are spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Toiletries, towels, cattle, drinking water refilled every day, aircon and fans. Each cottage has a lovely terrace with chairs and table to sit and relax in the evening. The hotel provides towels for the pool. The restaurant area has been renovated this year it now looks more fresh and nice. I want to add that the hotel looks better and better each time we come. And it means that management takes care of their business and guests satisfaction. Don’t even hesitate, book and stay here, being a 3 child Mom and very experienced traveller I highly recommend this place for couples and families. The outdoor facilities are also very comfortable. The beach is far far from crowds, many nice beach shacks with very moderate prices and good food and drinks right next to the hotel, the sand is gentle clean and beautiful. The ocean is always with the gentle waves, which make you don’t want to go out of water. Waves are not dangerous here, nor like in Vietnam and SriLanka. My children adore Goan ocean. I recommend Roger’s shack for perfect food and cocktails. Supermarkets, drug store and market are 10-15 min walking from the hotel. At Kadar supermarket you can find absolutely all you need.

The location near to the beach was excellent. The gardens were well maintained. The staff were friendly.

The reception ringing me in afternoon to ask what time we were checking out next morning. They could have waited nearer the checkout day/time to do that. There was a beer bottle on edge of swimming pool and broken glass on the grass next to a sunbed. No glass items should be allowed near the pool which was quite pleasant with clean water except the edges were a bit rough. Breakfast was so so. We had ordered some veg spring rolls as room service which were below standard so we did not bother dining at the restaurant. Room was quite dark with dated layout of bathroom/toilet.

Good location, near to beach. Helpful staff, good room cleanliness, nice (ish) pool.

Pool needs a little bit of TLC. A few broken tiles around and some quite sharp edges, but by no means the worst we have seen.

Cleanliness and beauty of resort

Amenities like they give only one lltr drinking Walter in a day for 3 guests, also they don't give basic facilities like toothpaste and hand towel to guests, and third one is they have very limited options in breakfast buffet with readymade puch coffee

Liked the privacy and the pool. Very near to beach and a private way to the beach.

For the price, the facility given in the room should have been more. 1. No Toiletries like tooth brush, comb, shower cap 2. Rooms were made out of cement boards, so heat retained in the room a lot 3. Very few options for breakfast menu, would have had more varieties of local Goan items.

We had an excellent stay at Beira Mar Beach Resort! Thanks to Mr. Rohit and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality and welcoming service. They went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for my son, making our celebration even more special. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery that adds to the serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
