Close to beach Good breakfast Large rooms with outdoor seating areas.

Still working on finishing rooms ( not ours) Beach further down has a lot of accumulated rubbish.

Personál byl velmi milý a pozorný. Při příjezdu jsme dostali welcome drink :) ubytovaní bylo čisté. Snídaně byly tradiční a moc dobře :) doporučujeme

The rating was 9.4 and it mentioned the gorgeous breakfast and restaurant. There was no restaurant and the food was lower than average.

The entrance. We arrived in the dark and couldn't find the place or where to go. Also, there were areas with lots of work equipment in which we had to walk past that was quite unsightly.

Unable to say, our booking was cancelled by hotel due to overbooking.

An appropriate overbooking policy.I understand that it needs to be done to ensure adequate occupancy. What I do not understand is that there is no Backup. If you do not know how to handle overbooking - don't do it! Plus... shouting at a client with a valid accomodation contract (confirmed booking) does not realyl make it better.
