Near the beach

I didn’t know they didn’t have an AC for the money we are paying they are definitely short staffed and slow service.

The sea in front of the property is beautiful, and the direct access to the beach is definitely a positive aspect. The staff was kind and welcoming.

The “chic bungalow” we were assigned had ants in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. In addition, there was no air conditioning during the day, and after the morning hours the heat made it very difficult to stay inside the bungalow. The beds were equipped with heavy fleece/plaid blankets, which felt completely inappropriate and absurd for a tropical climate. When we expressed our concerns and explained our hesitation about staying, no alternative solution was offered. Overall, the level of comfort and services provided is far from what would be expected for such a high price.
