"Clean, friendly and just what we needed"

Staff were incredibly lovely and very helpful too!! Rooms were perfect for what we needed and felt very ‘jungle-esk’!!

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a pool however it was out of order when we wanted to use it which was a shame but we did visit during low season so understand that this is the “refurb” period, didn’t overly bother us

"Great value, great staff, beautiful property!"

Staff was very friendly and spoke English very well! Also, beautiful resort right in the jungle.

Unfortunately when I was there, there was cleaning of the walking paths with a high pressure system, meaning I couldn't hear the jungle itself. Of course this has to happen, but was a bummer.
