Khao Sok Hill Top Resort

Die Atmosphäre und das Ambiente waren super. Alles war sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Auch das Essen vor Ort war ausreichend. Die Sicht vom Zelt war unbeschreiblich

Die Anreise schwer. Wir haben lange kein Taxi gefunden und der Weg vom Dorf dauert knapp eine Stunde. Es ist zwar eine schöne Strecke, aber auch anstrengend und mit Gepäck schwerer zu schaffen.

The staff/owner are incredibly accommodating and friendly kindhearted people. The food was also super tasty and it gives a nice family or friends camping environment. Not really many mosquitoes which was great!

The location was so hard to get to from the center of the village, we had to ask three different taxi/transfers and finally got one who would take us. We had an issue with a super loud neighbor while trying to sleep - the tents are right next to eachother and you can hear a pin drop in the one next to you, however we had to deal with a loud talker through the night when we had to wake early the next day. Plus the tent was so hot at night, that we could hardly sleep, though they provide a small fan outside the tent. The air is very damp there so nothing really dries and your things will feel moist upon leaving. We had no room for our backpacks so we had to place our belongings outside the tent, which didn’t help with the ants. I really wanted to like this place, and I think if you’re looking for a super rustic basic accommodation it’s fine, but unfortunately we just did not have a comfortable experience. For reference we have camped before and stayed in all kinds of hostels.

Super chill and an absolutely stunning location close to nature! If I had known before I would’ve stayed longer. The staff was super nice, food was good too Blankets and pillows in the tent, also a good matress. Bit outside of town but it’s part of the charm

The owner is very nice, they have delicious and cheap food. The tent has a very nice view and there’s a lot of cute garden decoration such as hammocks and fairy lights.

The tent was pretty small for 2 people and it smelled a bit weird. The fan won’t work at night since you don’t want to leave the tent open for the cables of the fan. The location is pretty far outside, but still very close to the Khao Sok National Park. It’s possible to book tours with the owner, but it’s quite expensive.

Freundliches Personal und schöne Lage mitten in der Natur

Es war relativ weit vom Ort weg, manchmal gab es Verständigungsprobleme mit dem Personal und es gab kein kostenloses Trinkwasser. Außerdem haben wir eine Dschungeltour über das Hostel gebucht die leider etwas enttäuschender da der Guide fast kein Englisch konnte und uns fast nichts erklärt hat. Bei anderen Touren haben die Guides immer viel erklärt.

Hele mooie ligging met uitzicht op de bergen. De eigenaresse is zo aardig en regelt alles voor je wanneer je dit wenst
