I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel property, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The entire property is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style. My room was spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenices I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail The on-site facilities were equally impressive. The dining options offered delicious meals, the common areas were inviting, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and enjoyable. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this property strikes the perfect balance between convenience and luxury. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

The only thing I think could be improved regarding the temperature in the rooms at night is that it's really cold, and they should add hot water, since the hot water system they have lasts for a very short time and the water is extremely cold.

The elephants were the stars of the show! It was awesome being able to be so close to them. The hugs and kisses were a highlight and the water sprays in the river were funny. We walked in the forest with a mother and 4 y/o daughter. The elephants are definitely well cared for. We also fed the elephants (same Mom & child) from our balcony. Unforgettable experience.

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Location overlooking the river was amazing. Walking across a suspension bridge to the hut was unique. We saw elephants from when we first arrived to when we left. We didn’t opt for extra elephant experiences but the staff were wonderful and we managed to pat an elephant while she was being washed and also I was offered a bunch of bananas to feed to a baby elephant at no extra cost. Accommodation was better than I expected. Rustic but comfortable.
