帰りエレベーターまで見送ってもらいました。

温泉のロッカーキーをチェックインの時説明はあったのかも知れませんが青色キーを男風呂、赤色キーが女風呂と思い込み、入浴時すったもんだしてしまい、掃除の職員に助けてもらいました。

I enjoyed leaving - and the property had a good view.

Where do I start - the original room we booked had a TV that was 6” but 8” that was made in 1998. The room was extremely cramped and not even close to worth the price. We updated the room and wasn’t more impressed. The staff was extremely rude. The dining was unimpressive by far. The only staff that wasn’t rude was the front desk all other staff were rude for no reason. By FAR the worst hotel that I have stayed at in Japan.

"pls consider open the spa in the morning sessions"

the staff is nice, food is good,

the spa did not open until 11am or 12 noon or 2pm daily; that means, we lost precious time in having a hot spa to start our day ; this is NOT GOOD, and very very uncommon among all Japanese hotels.

Good service, the onsen is also of good size. There's a shuttle bus service to the station which is also convenient.
