Sehr gute Lage zum Etosha Park. Der Drive mit einem Guide in den Park war sehr interessant. Weitläufige Anlage der Chalets.

Location was good, quite close to the gate. Property and room were lovely.

I asked the property if the kitchen could manage a vegan diet weeks before my stay and even offered to give input if needed. They said it would be absolutely fine - it was not. I mostly ate garden salad and some form of potatoes during the stay whilst other guests enjoyed a variety of food. Given the fact that food is a major part of a vacation and I let them know well in advance, I was incredibly disappointed (keeping in mind the price you pay to stay here). Staff seemed surprised about my requirements upon arrival, so I assume a lack of communication. The manager came up to me on the first night and promised massive improvements for the following day and also asked if she could pick my brain the next day. Unfortunately, I never saw her again and the food on day two was even worse than on day one. Moral of the story: If you have no allergies/special requirements, you'll enjoy your stay. If you do - book somewhere else. It is not worth the money.
