Matarma Beach Residence

Staff have changed since last year,they are not nice ,not friendly & not professional in doing their job,food was sooooo bad,so salty my mother has blood pressure & she could n't eat it & our stomach hurt us,I even couldn't eat in the last day of the stay, cutlery wasn't clean,staff of the restaurant was watching us during eating closely & stirring if anyone take more in a bad way, waiters was coming during eating to take plates asking if we finished several times. I really wanted to extend my stay,but I really couldn't , unfortunately the place really changed since last year, I was so sad to see that,I wish they could return the way they were because it was really good place ☹️

The food

The hotel is very nice. Beach is amazing! Very enjoyable swimming. We had the bungalow which was good for three people. It had a great view and was very close to the sea. The food was good. But note that it was mainly Egyptian cuisine, so there weren't many western food options.

I think cleaning could be slightly improved in the bungalows. I didn't like that restaurant was a closed area. I wish there were outdoor options especially that the weather was good.

We loved the accessibility of everything in just moments; beach, pool, restaurant & bungalow, even the kids area

The staff at the beginning they weren't smiling at all, but at the end they were very friendly
