The design of the bungalow is new and comdorting nd the staff is extremely helpful and friendly specially Ahmed Fathy and Makary Fayez from reception. Mr. TAMER from the beach bar is very welcoming

The ac in the bungalow is not enough for anyone to sleep in the upper bed. Other than that it's an amazing choice

The staff and hospitality were excellent, they went above and beyond to guarantee we had a comfortable and fun stay, especially mr. Ahmed at the reception, ms. Nour for the animation team and really everyone else at the resort. The beach was very nice and relaxing. I would recommend it if you are looking for a place to relax with amazing service.

The bungalow was really nice and spacious. Pet friendly (allowed everywhere except pool area and restaurant). Beach is amazing but you need aqua shoes. The staff was very friendly, specially Mahmoud in the reception. Chargers available for Electric cars

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and there is no place to leave my dog while i dine but the stuff were friendly and wrapped my food to go.

Staff services

Many things Beach is terrible, food quality , lack of activities in the evening like a hotel in the middle of no-where More over with very sad Beach. Also booking. Com should have informed us when we did the booking that part of the hotel still facing a construction area. Value for money is enological which led to re-evaluate our trust of booking .com as a travel advisor specially with the high profit margins booking. Com includes in your rate.

The family suite was amazing, clean, and picturesque. It is calm, with a nice beach and a perfect relaxing pool. Pet allowance is a good idea. near location to city center

the restaurant is serving food below average for the money paid: limited varieties, not of high quality, not so much delicious, very basic and ordinary—no lifts for the restaurant and the suites (high floors) not friendly for old aged persons.
