I liked that we checked in after hours and the rooms were clean

I didn't like that you did not communicate before I got in

The bed was comfy. Bedding clean and fragrant.

The room was a bit stuffy and i didn't feel comfortable opening the windows as there was no burglar bars. The spa bath i requested i could not use as the jets wasn't working, and the water pressure was very low. There was no warm water, the geyser capacity is NOT adequate for the amount of guests, especially if someone wants to use the spa bath. I was woken several times, once around 12h00 - 01h00 with noise that sounded like a verbal argument. I didn't sleep well at all and couldn't wait to leave.

Mo Major was a good surprise, it was clean and comfortable and private. the entertainment area was great, lovely lounging areas near the pool which is so inviting for a swim and also seating areas on the room balconies. the kitchen was clean and had modern appliances. The staff was excellent, the ladies were so helpful. We enjoyed your stay greatly 👏🙌😍🇿🇦

Proximity to my working area hence no traffic worries Cleanliness of the place including toilet and bath Quietness and Security

Going out of room to a common area to make a cup of tea/coffee. Room offered had no self contained facilities
