Bobocabin Kintamani, Bali

The place really nice to stay with the view of the mountains in the morning. Reaching out the staff also easy because using phone app.

The way to the bobon is bit hard to reach using google maps and also bit hard for big car to go through since the way to the bobon was small.

The cabin was very nice and cozy from the exterior and interior. The environment and surrounding landscape were beautiful. Love how they arrange the landscape and pathway, looks natural yet well-organized. The cabin is tiny but provided everything we need from the bed with a large window & hill view, an accessible socket, smart lighting, a small working desk, luggage storage under the bed, a cloth hanger, and a tea set. The bathroom was also very compact and clean, but have the proper size. The staff was nice and handle everything professionally. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience!

Be ready for some insects and small animals because it's very close to the nature.

1. Unstable Wi-Fi in room. Had to keep going to reception to send msg. 2. Room not cleaned daily. Left over food outside cabin not cleared, attracting more flies. 3. Toilet a bit small, and some facilities like soap dispenser is breaking down. 4. Basic room kit not prepared for each room. Have to request for umbrella, tea spoon, bug spray individually. 5. Location is hard to find, driver got angry with me for booking this place due to the uneven road leading to the cabins.

This places uses a lot of tech which is great but there’s not much effort put into the customers experience. For example, we had to proactively contact the WhatsApp number on the website to find out which app to download, they should send a communication prior to arrival with clear and compete instructions on WhatsApp required so you don’t have to waste time at check in downloading apps and uploading id documents. Also the touchscreen in our cabin broke so we couldn’t turn off the light at 9pm. We informed the staff, he said he’d come after dealing with the same issue in another cabin. After 40 minutes we had to go and find him, he said he forgot. Lastly, this place charges Rp750k if you want to use any electricity in the communal area which is pretty expensive, especially considering we booked 8 rooms and there’s no other sheltered gathering area. We bought some firewood from them for a bonfire and they demanded immediate payment rather than on checkout. Just some odd policies that don’t really take into account customer convenience.

it’s too difficult to reach the place. without good skill of driving, I don’t think we can reach the place. the road to reach the place also need to improved. difficult to find food. so please prepare more food before reach the place.
