Excellent... enjoyed DJ night

Welcome drink, Cleaniness, Lift facilities, Room size, room facilities, breakfast buffet, food menu rates.

Food portion was less as per price and some staff is bit rude while talking

Very very nice property but the activities were in adjoining property of blue pine resort. However,those activities are much more than all the activities available in entire Lansdowne. The food is good and staff is very friendly and helpful

Location is good

Location was great. Food was excellent. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.

Lift operation was very poor. Ehen we reached the hotel, we found that our room was on 2nd floor. The staff refused to operate the lift, saying that it is faulty. I am an Asthma patient, and my wife has knee trouble. We had to climb the stairs. But after some time, we noticed that they are operating the lift off and on, only for their staff and the guests are using stairs. Moreover, at checkout, they told us that they will not accept payment thru card.

The staff was so caring that during last one hour of my travel to hotel, they keep in touch and guided me as I was traveling in night, then they arrange good warm food, 5 minute check in and best room no 41 was given to me. It was much much better than other much hyped hotel in Lansdowne. I fell in love with Lansdowne when I saw the valley from my room.I will recommend this Alpine Resort to everyone. Their Delhi office is also very supportive and Mr Avinash guided us very well and helped us a lot, really grateful.

I found no reason to dislike them on any parameter.
