The Croft Resort - Premium Farm Stay

The property is very well maintained and very clean. It is a fairly new property and the room are spacious and neat. The swimming pool is covered and clean as well. The food is on the expensive side but was tasty.

Unprofessional staff. They are polite and friendly people but least trained in the hospitality sector. While we were in the pool they opened our room and placed the extra bed, which was shocking for us as our valuables were in the room unsecured. After that did not feel safe leaving our valuables in the room.

While booking our stay for our visit at tuticorin, we saw this relatively new property and had no doubts that this would be a quality stay and after having stayed for a day last week, we are thoroughly satisfied with our experience. A very quite and pleasing property with lots of trees , flower plants with pond , swimming pool and enough space around to walk and relax. The staff at the reception ,room service staff as well during complimentary breakfast were all polite , smiling , very respectful and prompt in their service and the room itself was very clean and big enough with all amenities around. A good bath place as well with warm water whole day long and all accessories besides. Food was just a bit spicy but that was our fault not to inform them but the second time around it was all very good, tasty and well prepared. On our return at late night due to temple visit , they had packed out warm tasty food and placed it very well inside the room and we had a good meal thanks to their excellent services. The rate is very fair for the farm stay individual cottage type house and everything around is very natural and with silence and peace in abundance. I would personally strongly recommend The Croft Farm Stay at Tuticorin for stay as many days as you have time and it would be recharging and satisfying time there. Good Luck.
