Echor Malusara Lakeview Retreat Bhimtal

Very nice location and very good equipped. The staff us very friendly and helpful.

Its started with the booking procedure. It was mentioned that there will be no advanced payment required after you have finished the booking procedure. When the booking was confirmed we received a message that we have to pay 50% in advance within 24 hours otherwise Malusara will cancel the booking. This is in our opinion totally unprofessionell. When we arrived we realized that Malusara is under heavy construction. This is not our understanding of a peaceful Retreat. The management promised that the construction will end at 5 pm. This never happened during our stay. During the day we had no chance to take a rest. All in all a unpleasant stay because of the construction!!!!

The view and ambience was very light and beautiful. The food was nice and fresh.

I really liked the resort for its ambience, privacy and size of the room. The view was amazing. The food was good. I would definitely visit again.

Beautiful property by Echor, loved the vibe and food of the place. Wonderful view of the Lake. Complete peaceful hideaway

The rooms were untidy, towels were wet, seemed used, linen was not up to the mark, Floor was dirty. Very dissatisfied with the stay. The property needs an upgrade and more hygiene. Not worth the money paid.
