Esmeralda View Resort - SHA Extra Plus

We loved our stay here, the views and bungalow were exceptional. Villa 4 looked out on to gorgeous blue seas, and the decking area was serene. The villas are nicely spaced out for privacy, and the gardens and winding paths are very well maintained. The bed was spacious and comfortable and all other room amenities functional. There seems to be only one member of staff allocated to checking guests in and out. Her English and helpfulness were perfect, however with the addition of a number of guests all colliding at the same time, it took longer than you would expect. We also skipped breakfast as it was a limited buffet. Another point to note is there is no pool facility, and the beach isn't suitable for swimming. If you're happy to rent a scooter and go to other locations on the island, it's not a problem.

Ils ont également fait les arrangements nécessaires pour la réservation au restaurant ailleurs sur l’île et répondaient à toutes mes questions. Un endroit fabuleux avec des gens merveilleux. Merci énormément pour tout!

I stayed in 2 different rooms. First, the fan room. All the pictures on the platform are NOT of the fan rooms. So I have posted a couple of the room and bathroom. The bathroom needed upgrading and a place to put your things. The room was lovely, but it was missing basic hotel things like a bedside table and a bedside lamp. A screen door would be nice so you can leave the door open at night. After 1 night with only fan, I asked if another room was available with A/C (I paid to upgrade). This room was much better and had all the amenities that the fan only room was missing. No complaints. Many pictures online of the A/C rooms. Breakfast was great. Scooter rental was great. Pond was friendly and so helpful. Beautiful view, good location. Would stay again.

They have a small beach that I spent some time on. I'm always sad to see trash on the beaches of Thailand. Fan rooms need a side table, bed lamp, and a place to put your things in the bathroom. They are more basic than the rest of the rooms. Wish the property had a pool.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, noch schöner als auf den Bildern, super nettes Personal und sehr sauber! Ausblick auf das Meer lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Obsługa była przemiła, załatwili na transport z portu do hotelu. Również pomogli nam w czasie awarii skutera. Fajne gry planszowe na recepcji
