We had a pleasant stay in bamboo hut.. This property is near to tirunelli temple.. Staff was exceptionally cordial and had a very good experience with interacting with them.. Highly recommended for family to enjoy calm and peaceful stay.. Will definitely visit again...

Amazing location and very special environment - the bamboo huts and grounds of Koomankolly makes it a very special place, with ponds, meditation space and dining area, it feels like it's own universe. Food was fantastic, especially in the evening.

Staff could be more knowledgable about local hiking opportunities. Arranging a visit to Nagarahole felt more complicated than it needed to be, however it did get sorted.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Koomankolly Heritage Resort, and my experience was both enriching and relaxing. The highlight of my stay was the deep cultural immersion. The resort offers unique experiences, It was inspiring to witness the way the resort partners with the local community, promoting the preservation of tribal traditions. The interactions felt respectful, and there was a strong emphasis on learning rather than exploitation. This resort excels in eco-friendly practices. From solar-powered facilities to organic locally sourced food, their commitment to sustainability is evident. The accommodation is designed with natural materials, blending into the environment seamlessly without compromising comfort. The eco-huts were a perfect example of how modern amenities can coexist with a natural setting. The resort’s waste management and water conservation initiatives were commendable, contributing positively to the tribal region. It was great to see the resort employ local staff, which not only supports the community economically but also enhances the authenticity of the experience. The rooms were simple yet elegant, offering a rustic charm that complemented the tribal environment and lot of hand paintings. Each room was designed in a unique way to showcase tribal craftsmanship, making the accommodation feel like a cultural experience in itself. The facilities, while minimalistic, provided everything needed for a comfortable stay – clean rooms, excellent hospitality, and stunning views of the surrounding nature. The resort is nestled in a beautiful location, surrounded by untouched nature. Whether it was watching the sunrise over the hills or taking a nature walk through the forests and river, the scenery was breathtaking. Wildlife sightings were a bonus, with the chance to see local species in their natural habitat. Overall, this is a perfect destination for anyone looking to unplug and experience a slower, more meaningful way of life.

Nothing as such.. one will love it!!!

The resort and the rooms are unusual in a good way, close to the nature and with nice views. The staff is friendly and easygoing.

My bathroom was a bit outdated and not super clean. No WiFi/network.
