Very nice hotel lobby on arrival, nice covered parking if renting a car, the grounds are immaculate with nice well-maintained nature, good access to the beach, room was cosy with a nice balcony and view of the grounds, buffet had plenty of choice, comfortable bed, really liked the bathroom

I have stayed at other places similar in price and have just been a bit more impressed, for example the Elysium in Paphos Cyprus, better layout, slightly better food, staff more friendly, nicer pools with swim up bar etc.

De zwembaden zijn erg mooi. Evenals de beachbar. Het eten was prima en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en werkt hard. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

De kamers zijn prima, maar evenals de receptie en de bar binnen wel wat oudbollig. Het plaatsje platanias vonden we niet zo veel aan. Het feit dat alles aan een drukke straat ligt en je niet even fijn en rustig langs het strand kunt lopen was een minpunt.

We had a fantastic stay at Minoa Palace Resort and would happily come back again. A big thank you to Matina for being so kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available, happy to assist, and answered all our questions with a smile. Thanks as well to Dimitris for his great advice and warm welcome during check-in, and to Antonio and Armela for all their help during our time at the hotel. I'd also like to mention the gentleman working the night shift at reception. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The staff and facilities are truly excellent and, in our opinion, hard to beat in the area. The hotel is in a great location in Platanias, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with two excellent restaurants( with generious breakfast buffets), several pools for all ages, large tennis and padel courts, and a very convenient car rental service(PanCar). Renting a car was super easy thanks to the reception team and their local partners. We could pick up and return the car right at the hotel parking area, which made everything very convenient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have lovely views of either the mountains or the pools. Free sunbeds and beach towels are also included, which is a nice bonus. And finally, thank you for the two thoughtful surprises at check-in and check-out. I won't spoil them and will let future guests enjoy discovering them for themselves! Thank you for the great atmosphere, warm hospitality, and for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return to Minoa Palace Resort in the future.

Nothing at all

It was a nice view at the seaside property at the beach- staff were welcoming and scvomodating through our stay. Walkable to town and near to Highway for going into Chania.

Huge property - family and conference center oriented. Gym was in spa and had to obtain access from front desk to enter before 10 am. Spa staff massage was terrible. Not trained.
