Hot showers in all 5 rooms. Close to beach, shuttle service was great. Option to use indoor & outdoor pool, but no lifeguard at outdoor pool. Movies for kids. Pizza & pasta on grounds were really good. Bracelet/as your room key was great idea. Room service brought clean towels & toilet paper every day.

No breakfast included. Whirlpool outside - jets non functional for the entire stay. Very noisy in parking lot - neighbors had a tailgate party on Tuesday night. Rooms above & beside were noisy, heavy walking, moving stuff, slamming doors. Kitchen utensils dirty. Bright lights on porch made it hard to sleep with the light through blinds. Noisy beds. Movies - Some chairs were in poor condition & people entered & exited all through the movie. Very small, not well maintained 9 hole mini golf. Maintenance on the property seems to be deferred.

Plenty of amenities to enjoy without leaving the property. V checked us in and he was super helpful and pleasant to work with. He gave recommendations for dinner in the area and was super chill.

The beds- they were so soft you sunk in and not in a good way.

Felt private.

THE wall's and floor paper thin. Kids was jumping. All night. Then I had to drive all day. Would like sign to say dont come in room.
