Francis Scott Key Family Resort

It was family oriented. There was plenty to do within the resort.

Cleaning crew. Sheets were not changed they were just fixed. There was Ants on the bed and furniture. No one bothered to vacuum the floor. There was crumbs on the floor near the trash can we stepped out to give the cleaning crew their space and when we came back the same crumbs were still there.

Excellent location. Resort offered many activities on site. Loved that there was a shuttle to the boardwalk.

The restaurant didn't offer breakfast.

Indoor pool was great. This is why we booked it since the weather is unpredictable. Even the snack shop by the pool had some good foods

It is a little outdated and the gym equipment was very outdated.

The pool and the surrounding was decent and staff very nice

The room was out dated and bed very uncomfortable and felt very over used. The light and and other places in the room needed to be cleaned. The price was great but like they say you get what you pay for

The staff was very friendly. They did come over and bring us a gift to congratulate us on our anniversary. The maintenance guy that came over to fix the TV and try to fix the AC was very friendly and helpful.

It is a very old resort the room was really musty not well kept up the bathroom door would not shut the AC was not working properly kept coming on and off the refrigerator froze everything solid so all the food and drinks that we brought we couldn't eat or drink because it was a block of ice. The maid never showed up to make the bed or straighten the room up. There was a lot of activity at night. one night the fire trucks,rescue and police showed up five times over a smoke alarm tripping this was from 10:40pm at night till about 1:00 in the morning.

The property was nice and fun for the family mostly with the indoor pool for kids.

My son got bed bites and there was a fight during our stay that kept us up for majority of the night and our 2 year old son couldn’t sleep either.
