X-Park Františkov

Petra was amazing and super friendly. They were kind enough to still prepare some food for us, even though we arrived about the time when the restaurant was closing. The room was very nice, beds super comfortable. There is a ski slope right next to the house and they have plenty of activities around. Really liked the place, we will come back.

Great location, it is really the peaceful countryside. There are nice ski slopes around, I guess people go there a lot in winter time, too. Kraliky, Branna are close to X-Park and Dolni Morava is just 30 mins by car. The apartman was suitable for our needs, we also opted for continental breakfast. It was hearty at a reasonable price.

We love the quiet location, centrally located with access to many bikeparks and hiking spots. The small restaurant has a nice simple menu, and friednly staff.

We didn't realize that the 4-bed apartment we booked did not have its own bathroom, but shared with 1 other apartment. It was not an issue, just unexpected. And had there been another family for the entire time we were there, sharing one bathroom containing the single toilet and single shower would have been limiting. Also, during our past stay here there was a small continental breakfast buffet, and this time there was not buffet, and the options presented to us were much more limited.
