"Polite staff but let down otherwise"

The location and courteous staff

The amenities and facilities were bad and very expensive . Food was not tasty at all. Aircon didn’t work in the restaurant and in the games room. They are trying to cost cut I think. Lots of crows, couldn’t use the pool as they were cleaning the filters during pool hours. Staff kept apologizing but sorry doesn’t make your stay better.

Swimmingpool, ambience, staff, excellent view of the lake, clean and spacious room.

Both quality and quantity of food for the rate charged. Dependence on resort for cab booking, charges for which are quite high.
