Conveniently located, lovely view of the bay, and friendly, helpful staff. A nice place to stay if you don't need a lot of frills. The rate was quite reasonable at least mid-week. And they provided a simple breakfast that was adequate for us, and a pleasure to eat right near the water.

A few minor issues, such as the water pump stopping, but the staff was quick to offer alternatives, and to finally fix it.
