PROS: - When we had a problem, Sam was able to address and fix it immediately. - The facilities and grounds are excellent, and improvements and additions are underway. - The location is in a natural, quiet, setting just outside the bustle of the town. - The new swimming pool is wonderful. - The staff are friendly and helpful. - The nightly rate we paid ($40) was fair. - Strong internet, nice shower, comfortable bed, cold AC and fridge in our bungalow (9). - Breakfast choices that came with the room were varied and tasty. - Meal and drink choices were varied and fairly priced.

CONS: - A short section of the road to Greenhouse is dirt, and a bit shaky in a tuk-tuk. (Sam said he was going to have it paved) - Pizza needed more toppings. Thin crust was good, but needed more tomato sauce, cheese, and peperoni on ours. - Our first hamburgers were beef, and were very good. Our second burgers, the night before leaving were not the same meat. The taste was different, they were okay.

PROS: - Everything! The staff, the management, ownership, facility, food, bungalow, location, nightly rate.

CONS: - None.

Bel accueil, bungalow avec du caractère, bien équipé, très agréable, dans un magnifique jardin, petit déjeuner copieux, restaurant avec de nombreuses propositions et une belle qualité. Personnel très chaleureux. Piscine avec une eau limpide.

L’emplacement est très agréable en pleine nature

La salle de bain très vieille mais propre et surtout peu de début d’eau voire pas d’eau du tout à certains moments

Lovely situation, beautiful views, really helpful staff on site. Everyone was delightful, and helped making arrangements. Elephant experience personal and magical.

Visitors should be aware that the guest house is in a tranquil setting out of town reached by tuk tuk.

Greenhouse retreat is a beautiful and quiet place. Out of the centre of town with lovely little cabins. The owner goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and know ypir way around town.

The food in the restaurant and their breakfast is quite basic; just so u know.

It s remote, in the outskirts of the city but we can walk to it. It ll take 20-30 minutes to get to downtown. The hotel offers many activities. I did the visit to the elephants and it was a great experience. Breakfast is very good. I also had dinner there and I enjoyed it very much. The staff and the manager are soooooo nice.

The guide spoke most of the time cambodian with the other cambodian people visiting the elephants and I felt a little bit left aside but it’s okay. It’s not a big deal.
