Food and customer service was definitely up to the mark.. good overall experience.

Swimming pool was congested.. Too much mosquitoes in the evening outdoors. Mini play park for children is utmost necessary.

The place was very nice. Enjoyed the food a lot. The breakfast was very nice even though it was not what I had ordered the evening before. The staff cooked breakfast early for us as we were leaving quite early.

The real issue is the wifi. Not real good. The fee for a taxi back to the airport was quite expensive.

Room size could be better. There could me more light. It was dark

The surroundings of the property were beautifully maintained, 100 marks to the gardener otherwise the property would have looked like a graveyard. The staff were very polite and helpful to a certain extent.

Oh ok for this it's better I put it in bullet points. 1. Since it says Retreat and Spa but sadly the SPA service was not there, so this can be misleading. So would suggest kindly confirm the same with the property before booking if you're looking for Spa service 2. The property was open to all which is not the problem but depends on the people you're entertaining which can be a discomfort for family and couples who are staying at the property. During our recent stay we had faced some discomfort with few outside boys who were under alcohol influence and the environment was not welcoming 3. The service has to be worked on big time very slow and lack of attention to detail on the customer request. For evening tea our waiting time was 50 minutes for sandwich and 🍟. There is still an opportunity to work on it so would really appreciate it if the property management take a note of this 4. There was some farewell party organised by a university in the property and the students really created problems for the guest staying at the property, the management should keep a check on avoiding such incidents specially if it's late hour

Loved the pool. The surrounding was an absolute delight. The staff was amazing. The whole vibe was everything we wanted and more :)
