Ambience was good. Non veg food was good to have.

Need more maintainance. Facilities was not up to the mark. Wifi facilities need to be improved as there is no network. Rooms are not worth for the price paid.

The estate is really good and beautiful. It's a great place for bird watching. Steam passing through the estate is a very attractive element for spending some time beside it.

1. Few patches around the stream was dirty, making it difficult for one to enjoy the place to some extent. Plastics/lost items were found around the stream which needs to be cleaned and segregated well for that kind of sensitive zones. 2. Better species of plants which are local the the place could be planted rather than planting invasive species. 3.. Food - improvisation on taste is required. 4. Charging points around the dining area were not working.
