Althea Village - Family Hotel

Πολύ όμορφο συγκρότημα κατοικιών, σε ωραίο σημείο με άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο των Χανίων αλλά και στον κεντρικό δρόμο (ΒΟΑΚ) που οδηγεί σε όλο το νομό. Απίστευτα καθαρά δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι,πλούσια γεύματα και παροχές στο bar όπως επίσης και αρκετές δραστηριότητες από τα κορίτσια του TUI SUNNEO. Το ποιο σημαντικό όμως είναι η ευγένεια η διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση και το χαμόγελο του προσωπικού..! Όσο καλές και αν είναι οι παροχές,οι εγκαταστάσεις και κάθε τι άλλο που μπορεί να προσφέρει μια ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα τίποτα δεν μπορεί να το αντικαταστήσει με την αντιμετώπιση που μπορεί να έχει κάθε επισκέπτης από το προσωπικό που εργάζεται σε αυτή. Ευχαριστούμε όλοι την ομάδα του Althea village για τις υπέροχες μέρες που μας πρόσφεραν καλή δύναμη στη συνέχεια της σεζόν και ελπίζουμε να ξανασυναντηθούμε του χρόνου..!

Struttura ottima per famiglie, pulita ed accogliente situata in posizione strategica per raggiungere i luoghi più belli della parte occidentale dell'isola. Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile anche per le richieste più particolari (nel nostro caso bambino celiaco con cucina senza glutine).

Il pranzo al sacco forse poteva essere un pochino più elaborato considerando le lunghe e faticose gite giornaliere.

Everything was perfect. Small problems were handled immidiately by the staff with the direct involvement of Stavros, the hotel manager. Everyone were very helful with every question we had. We arrived at midnight and food and drinks were waiting for us. The animation team was great and there were activities for kids and adults diring the day and evening time. The pools were not not crowded although we were staying during the peak of the summer vacation time. Everyday the restaurant served different food. There were all kind of drinks available during the whole day.

No complaints, but just a suggestion. As the hotel is located relatively far from the beach and the city, would suggest to add a shuttle service to the beach and Chania center. This would add significantly to the experience (although there is a bus station about 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel)
