Cilik’s Beach Garden is a beautiful slice of nature right by the ocean. The garden is beautiful with vibrant green trees and grass. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is delicious. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, clean and gorgeously styled, we slept really well!

The most beautiful hotel room we've ever had ! The staff was really nice and the garden is gorgeous. We had an amazing mahi-mahi for lunch and a great massage in front of the beach. The welcome drink was delicious ! Thank you to the whole staff for this nice stay !

What really blew this place out of the water was our dining experience. Their menu is perfect and the meals are delectalbe with the most incredible view overlooking the sea. We were spoiled rotten. The outdoor shower also really added to our overall experience. My only concern, our accommodation was open to mosquitios and even with nets and repellent we were badly bitten. The rooms could use protective netting instead of the footlong aperture above its door. The staff and service were fantastic and every day we were brought a complimentary snack with tea or coffee. We booked a driver to visit a Buddhist Temple and also ventured out to the Holy Hot Springs Public Swimming baths. We sadly didn't get to see dolphins but that may have been due to my nerves on the boat as my son cannot yet swim (headed back maybe a little too prematurely). We were a little upset by neighbours who dragged their sun-beds to outside our door on the penultimate day but luckily a member of staff moved them back ( this could've been really unpleasant had we stayed longer). I would advise that you ask the staff to keep others beds where they should be if it bothers you. However, an unforgettable stay with a constant supply of Bintang in the fridge and a beautiful pool area.

This place is a gem. We usually stay in the south of Bali at larger hotels, but decided to try the north this time and so glad we did. Cilik’s is a small resort – only 4 villas set in beautiful gardens – and run by locals. Absolute beach frontage and absolute privacy. The owners/staff treat you like their family – nothing is a trouble. The villas are luxurious / rustic. No air conditioning but there is a sea breeze and ceiling fans. Huge rooms, we were in Villa West and had two king size beds, separate small dressing area and storage and an attached, partially outdoors bathroom (down a couple of stairs so no good if you have mobility issues. We also had a large balcony where we were served an early morning tea or coffee, our own private dining pavilion overlooking the Bali Sea and our own private lounging area also overlooking the sea and just a short walk to the swimming pool. The food is amazing and inexpensive - thank you to the wonderful cooks! You order what you want in the morning and they buy or catch it fresh for you. We ate off the menu which was great – lots of fish and Balinese specialties, but I’m sure you could order anything you wanted. You can do walks in the area and also arrange to do different tours. We went to a waterfall and the water palace and there were other options - boat trips and snorkelling. Massages were available and again, not expensive for the high quality. Being there was like Bali as we remembered it 30 years ago. Everyone friendly and welcoming, nobody hassling you and so much life and colour happening all around. Special call out to everyone who made our stay so memorable - Ketut, Nyoman, Made, Gede and of course Cilik and his son, Jersen. This would not suit anyone looking for nightlife, but if you want to get away from it all and be treated so specially and experience beautiful Bali then this is an ideal small resort. We stayed for five days but will stay two weeks next time.

Two weeks of wonderful rest, super friendly staff, friends, delicious food and fish directly from cilik itself. An early morning boat trip with dolphins, flying fish and flurouriszierenden jellyfish ... better and more authentic you can not experience Bali.

Friendly hosts on a beautiful and quite premise on the north of Bali. The „Octagon“ house is situated directly on the beach with its own patio to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers a wide variation of healthy food so as homemade „Tuak“ (fermented palm-beer). Cilik took us on an early morning boat ride to see dolphins. There is also a natural water pool at 5 minutes walk where you can swim in pure and fresh water. Highly recommended place where I would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay at Ciliks Beach Garden, thank you! If you are looking for a quiet, romantic place to relax with a great see view from your garden - this is the place to be. There are not many other restaurants around so, most of the time you can enjoy fresh meals prepared for you in your garden with a view at the waves!

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel, the service was above and beyond,we would like to mention geday, wayan and ketut as being wonderful hosts and hards workers as well as being very helpful. The resort is amazing the rooms serviced and the lambung was extremely beautiful traditional Balinese style. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and one night we didnt close the mosquitos net over the bed and we werel completely attacked by mosquitos!!! The black sandy beach was quite different and only swimmable for the adventerous.Overall a great experience with dedicated staff although a little pricey to travel local areas
