Unser erneuter Aufenthalt im The Slate Phuket hat einmal mehr bestätigt, warum wir zurückgekehrt sind: eine ruhige Oase mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur, wunderschöner, gepflegter Gartenanlage und stilvollen Zimmern (Building O war traumhaft). Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame Service – Feedback, etwa zur thailändischen Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück, wurde direkt aufgenommen und spürbar verbessert. Das Resort ist ideal, um vor dem Heimflug noch einmal vollkommen zu entspannen, nicht zuletzt dank der Nähe zum Flughafen (nur ca. 10–15 Minuten). Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Peter Wagner, den wir persönlich kennenlernen durften und der sich mit großem Engagement um Details und das Wohl der Gäste kümmert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wichtig zu wissen ist die bewusst sehr offene Bauweise des The Slate Phuket: Restaurants und Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind nicht klimatisiert, was bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperaturen entsprechend spürbar ist – genau das gehört aber zum besonderen Designkonzept des Hauses. Wer durchgehend klimatisierte Räume bevorzugt, sollte das im Vorfeld bedenken. Für uns war es beim zweiten Aufenthalt absolut stimmig, da man sich darauf einstellen kann und die Zimmer selbst bestens klimatisiert sind.

Amazing hotel, really outstanding It is 10 min from the Airport but no noise It has literally everything you could dream of Amazing bathroom products 3 pools for all needs Activities for kids One of the best breakfast in Thailand

Family room is a bit dark being on a ground floor so no view but you just need to reach the beach in 5 min to watch beautiful sunsets
