Красивая территория, шикарные номера, удобная кровать, персонал профессиональный, удобное зонирование детских и взрослых зон.

Очень тухлая локация вокруг (в 22:00 все закрывается). Море грязное, много лодок(( В номерах ужасно громкий кондиционер, как в самолете летишь - ужас!!! (в отеле такого уровня прям удивило)

I regret moving from the Pullman next door to here for my last night in Phuket. The staff were not as welcoming check in was a frustrating experience. I have never felt so let down in a 5star resort. I couldn’t wait to leave

I think my experience was ruined from the check in and never recovered from that. My child liked the kids club. I would honestly never come here again or recommend it. Pullman Arcadia has better service n is worth the money. I wanted to go to the black ginger but didn’t bother coz I wasn’t in the mood already
