Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I upgraded my room as it didn't had a balcony and paid extra. After upgrading The balconies have a roof top also, by which I wasn't able to enjoy the open top balcony, therefore I requested that I will sit of terrace for just half an hour, so the receptionist called his boss there was a lady talking to the receptionist then suddenly a man started talking to the receptionist and he blasted the receptionist and rudely said no. After paying 1800 that room was not signed up AC, so I turned on the fan. Fan was extremely slow and I couldn't find the regulator therefore I went to the receptionist and I said fan is too slow, he again call his boss the man boss was again rude asked so many questions in Malayalam which I was clearly able to pick up. He asked what does he look like what car he has what state number plate his car, they were making fun of me. The bathroom was full of insects I even have taken a video showed it to lady boss while checking out but she didn't even react nor apologized just said pay the remaining balance. The road which I went to the resort was so bad full of rocks and road work. Don't ever go to this place you will ruin your mood you will ruin your money and trip the boss wants to safe money on each thing n will try to give you worst n worst experience. They are so many good good hotels which are giving AC Facility just in 1200 also.

This place is the best place I've been. It doesn't look as advertised... It looks better!!!!! This place is heaven. So quiet, so green, the people there will make you feel like family. They are so kind and warm and lovely. I was really sad to go. You get fresh breakfast in the morning, everyday something different and delicious. The pool is fantastic, they have hot water in the bathroom, you have a kettle in your room, there is drinkable water in every corner, the bed is soooo comfy (I had the best sleep there) and so much more! it's a walking distance from the city, but you don't have to walk because there are many rickshaws and taxis. The food in the city is amazing and there are deliveries so you could just stay in. The public transport is great as well and very close. The Safari is really close as well.
