The facilities, aquapark and pools are amazing

We came to this hotel as a group of 11. The hotel is located in an area where the beaches of Sharm are very beautiful. You can reach the beach in a few minutes' walk from your room. You can swim in the sea from the sand or the pier. It has many different restaurants, beach cafes and beach bars, numerous pools, and fun beach activities. There's a Far Eastern restaurant, an Italian restaurant, an Oriental restaurant, and à la carte options. There's a wide variety of food to suit every taste, both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are meticulously cleaned every day. They even tidy up your slippers, shoes, and even the console table. In the restaurants, they wipe the chairs as soon as someone leaves the table. The pools are also spotless. The service, attention, and friendliness are amazing. From the reception to the restaurants, pools, rooms, and many other areas I can't even remember, all the staff put their love into their work. They occasionally text or ask directly if you're comfortable or if you need anything. Security is also taken very seriously. They love doing everything they can to make their guests comfortable. If I were to come again, I definitely wouldn't look at any other hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff and management, especially Mr. Mohamed (receptionist) who helped us with everything, for doing such a wonderful job. I wish I had the chance to thank each of them individually.
