Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Aqua Park - 24 HRS All Inclusive

After reading countless reviews, I chose this place and I definitely did not regret it. We were given a huge room, it was spotless, and it was cleaned every day with the bed made. Thanks to the good soundproofing, we hardly heard any outside noise. There are many restaurants to choose from, the food is varied and delicious, with a huge selection, and even during the busiest times you don’t have to wait long. There are plenty of pools, there is always a free sunbed available, and the sandy beach area is also great. By walking all the way to the end of the pier, you can go snorkelling. The water park is also excellent, with attractions for both small children and adults. I would especially like to highlight Karim Ragab, who cleaned our room and created amazing figures from blankets and towels. My little daughter absolutely loved them.

The kids’ club does not reflect the quality of the hotel. There are many broken and poorly maintained toys, and it would definitely need a thorough cleaning. I’m sure many guests would appreciate juices with a higher fruit content and mayonnaise being available in the restaurant, but apart from these points, everything was perfect.

Great experience! The events are always enjoyable and well organized. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and highly cooperative. They are always ready to help and make sure everyone feels comfortable. The atmosphere is amazing, and everything is handled professionally. Highly recommended!
