The beach and pool locations were very accomodating since I was there to meet with good friends and share experiences. The food and dining experience was adequate. Ali, the person who cleaned my room was very thorough and helpful.

Beginning at about 10:00 and lasting throughout the day there is a constant, loud thumping music that is very annoying. Several of the young men who work in the dining room are rude and disrespectful acting annoyed when I told them they had run out of spoons for the cereal in the morning and then saying I had to wait 5 minutes for a spoon.

It's the first time for me in sharm and I absolutely love it because of this hotel and the staff working there, they gave me a great room with great view that shows the beauty of the sea, and the food is very delicious I didn't want to get out of the hotel and I think I'm gonna get back many times to this beautiful place
