Helen's Studios & Apartments

Great location, literally 2 mins walk into main centre, the restaurant Apostolis literally a stones throw away was amazing, always busy, had to reserve really to avoid disappointment. The apartment itself was basic, more so the kitchen, you couldn't really prepare a meal if you wanted to, thankfully we didn't to as the restaurants are so fab that you don't need to! It was also very quiet as no noise from the centre, just the goats and chickens opposite in the farm area and occasionally the woman shouting at either the man or the goats lol! Parking wasn't really an issue, majority of the time we got one of the 4 spaces outside, but if you do arrive back late, you may struggle to get parked on the main road depending on the size of your car! The cleaner came everyday about 9.30 to empty the toilet and kitchen bin, our bed was changed once and so we're our towels which was fine for us. The bedroom had loads of storage space and enough hangers, some may want to bring more, had about 6 each!

The apartment itself was basic, more so the kitchen, you couldn't really prepare a meal if you wanted to, thankfully we didn't to as the restaurants are so fab that you don't need to! We had studio 1 so it meant our terrace was right in the main walkway to access the other apartments, so people walking by, if you had your shutters open people can just look in, so not very private. If you are not that bothered at sitting on the terrace, or people looking in, it will be fine! We only spent about 2 to 3 hrs a day in the apartment anyway, apart from sleeping of course! We did get given a sponge and tea towel and washing up liquid but not until the Thursday which was odd, we were there fir a week from the Saturday, so maybe just got forgotten, so bear that in mind, I'm sure it should've been there from the start but think someone was in ours first then moved to a different apartment as were there for 3 weeks so wanted more space so perhaps never got replaced. These are just comments as an FYI, we actually had a great week!

La posizione è ai limiti della cittadina e ha un bosco e una fattoria a pochi passi, con tanti animali ma nessun fastidio da insetti o rumori, a parte i cani del vicinato. Struttura moderna ma ben inserita nel contesto e a veramente a 300m dalla piazzetta della chiesa e il viale. Comoda anche la spiaggia attrezzata con lidi e servizi. Balconcino mini con un angolino di vista mare.

Descrizione poco chiara e foto del monolocale che non corrispondevano a quello poi assegnato, che non ha terrazzo ma un balconcino appeso al tetto e appena sufficente per un piccolo tavolo e uno stendino a sbalzo, basso per me che sono solo 1.80m di altezza. Ciò non permette di sfruttare la cucina, se non per insalate e colazione perché all'interno non non C'è che un piccolo tavolo e una sola sedia. Il bagno moderno ma molto piccolo e con un box doccia inesistente e con una parete di vetro appuntita e pericolosa che non contiene gli schizzi. Rumore del cane al piano terra molto fastidioso in piena notte, non so se di un ospite o un residente. Nessuna risposta alla richiesta di chiarimenti rispetto alle foto inserite nella offerta acquistata.

Everything, fabulous large apartment, very modern. Very quiet in residential area, met by Demitri who carried our bags. Complimentary water and wine in the fridge, very clean, serviced every day by lovely staff, lovely large comfy bed, great quiet air con, 5 mins walk to town 12 mins to beach, great value.
