The pool and the room

I paid in advance for a room 1/2 june, and I put 37 lei in advance for restaurant. I wasn't informed that I have to consume the money in the first day. They made an invoice for the money and gave me the invoice on the second day (I didn't use the money) and I was informed about the invoice only at check out. They didn't let me use the money on the second day at check out. After two discussions and a lot of persuasion they agreed to pay me back (Wich I refuze - I wanted 2 coffee - they refused). It's not about the money, it's about the way they did things without informing me.
