Very pleasant and serene. Enjoyed the stay... Staff very polite and professional... Rizwan very professional and informative... Overall a good experience.. Food was good.

The room amenities can improved...and one another thing which I didn't like was TV...no alternate channels were there.

Food was very nice and staff in the hotel are very co operative. Atmosphete was very pleasant.

Room service was very poor. Nobody attending the call 1st time. Charged Rs 30 per bottle of water which they should have provided in the room every morning as complimentary. We have booked 9 rooms and the situation was same in all rooms. In one of the AC Executive room AC was not functioning and not attended till check out though we have complained time and again. They have completely changed the type of room we booked and we have to pay extra Rs 6000 plus over the rate we have booked on Booking. com.

"Good place but terrible food."

size of the room was good and resort was nice

Food was terrible. i was served cold omlette and that too after waiting for 30 mins. Dinner was not good and the chicken seems to be old and taste was very spicy and oily.
