"OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS BAD AT THIS RESORT."

BREAKFAST IS GOOD. LOCATION IS OKAY.

STAFF DISCONNECTED THE AIR CONDITIONER CONNECTION 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE CHECK OUT TIME. WATER LINES ARE CLOGGED FULLY AT THE TOILET. GIVEN SINGLE ROOM, INSTEAD OF THE ALLOCATED DOUBLE ROOM.

"One broken small glass piece was inside the room which caused injury to my feet. Had informed the manager. They charge G"

Nothing great.

Room was ready only by 5pm. For hot water / geyser switch is not in the room. We have to call them to switch it on. Left early morning 6.30am. Staff didn’t get up by that time to switch on the geyser. Pathetic !
