They were very attentive making sure everything was what we wanted. They even changed some ingredients to accommodate my husband's allergies. An ingredient They brought to our attention!

The bathroom had no counter space. We had to keep our toiletries in the sink.

The French restaurant was delicious! And I really enjoyed breakfast at Spices. I really liked the size of the resort and the low keyed atmosphere. Scuba diving was awesome! Dwayne is a fun instructor to dive with.

I didn’t like that they were no activities on the resort that were listed on the website l. It was nothing to do.

I booked my birthday celebration 3 day stay using Booking.com. I placed in the notes of the booking that I only want for the 3 nights “Crystal Lagoon Hideaway Swim-up Club LevelJr. Suite w/Patio Tranquility Soaking Tub” Booking.com incorrectly booked The second floor of this building with out the swim-up feature. This could had been resolved quickly as when I called the Resort directly the swim-up feature was available, I spent every day for 2 1/2 weeks calling and emailing I have three records at your request 1 called once for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This was unacceptable, I had to move from my requested room on the 3rd morning, that is the morning after my birthday so no celebrating as we knew we had to wake early to move to another room. I was charged an additional upgrade for a room on stay of the 3rd night of $291.00 that needs to be reimbursed as that room while the bell man was checkin us in the room the electrical went out in the entire building and was out the whole time, the staff moved everyone but us by 8:00 pm that evening we had no phone or WIFi to contact the staff we visited 4 times to the concierge to try and correct this problem. So we spent birthday celebration time in plans to move from the room and all day the next day with no electricity and in the heat and moved alone on the dark late the 3rd night to another room so we moved rooms 3 times in a 3 day stay. This was unacceptable, we deserve future credit of a complimentary stay in the future, I would like to visit Sandals Saint Luca for this as I have no plans of ever returning to Sandals Royal Caribbean, this could had been easily rectified in the beginning and no need for my calls and emails of 2 1/2 weeks. Sadly disappointed in Booking.com and Sandals care of handling this easily corrected booking.
