Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also ridiculously close to Borobodur so you can just walk 5 minutes to the entrance area!

but overall for our room (the “cheapest” with an outdoor jacuzzi) was clearly more run down and not worth the value of what we paid. two nights we had a massive red ant infestation in the bathroom, the shampoo and shower gel wall dispenser barely worked, and the deck and backyard furniture looked like it had seen better days. Paying $250+ a night at a five star, even the lowest level room should be exquisite.
