Staff were good and ready to help. Especially the brown lady in housekeeping /rooms

The rooms beddings were dirty. I kept on asking for towels. Sometimes you take long before cleaning the rooms

My room was facing sea and everyday I used to wake up and look at the sea, which was refreshing. There were lot of entertainment in the beach with camel ride which was exciting. I witnessed the hospitality of the staff both inside and outside the building.

The hotel must consider initiating pest control management system as I found some cockroaches inside the room which was not pleasing at all. The safe in my room was not working but I'm happy that nothing was missing in my room. The refrigerator was not working and I urge the management to repair any dysfunctional equipment.

Great location with beach access. Breakfast & dinner meals were well done with good variety. The staff were amazing, cordial and interactive with the customers. We didn’t meet Dennis, but he took care of our concerns promptly and commendably.

The suite shower heads were rusted and partially working. Not good for our first day, was fixed once we raised it thru Dennis. Requested for balcony dinner at the Presidential Suite; someone took my order and timing, disappointingly they didn’t deliver.

Perfect location on a lovely part of the beach in Shanzu. Staff for the most part were super friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas and grounds are lovely.

The rooms we stayed in were in need of TLC/renovation. Mold and dry wall bubbling with mildew on some walls, bathroom could use some paint and bleach. Nothing terrible, but for the price I expected better. The lovely staff made up for the room’s deficiencies.
