"Lovely staff and clean and comfortable lodging."

Habarana Village was beautiful and my family and I had an amazing stay there. The hotel was very accommodating to young children. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. Shout out to Saranga who went above and beyond! Would come back in a heartbeat, highly recommend this hotel!

Ligging aan een prachtig meer en het beheer van het zwembad.

Banale vertrekken en gebrek aan decoratie van de kamer. De eetzaal voelt aan als een grote refter.

"Good"

The room was comfortable but not special. The pool was a good size and the grounds well kept.

Breakfast buffet was limited and basic. No cereals and limited fruit. Staff hurried you through the meal. Bar staff were inattentive and very slow.

"Great base for exploring surrounding area"

Clean, comfortable room with all the facilities you expect (fridge, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary water, toiletries). Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Great setting. Location is good, and can be used as a base for Minneriya, Dambulla caves, Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya. This hotel gets used a lot by big tour groups, which is testament to how good it is. It can mean meal times can be busy. Also, you may need to book early to get a room for your chosen dates.

"Good stay, beautiful resort"

The room, the surroundings, the food, everything was great. The size of the room was big and the beds were comfortable. food was excellent, my favorite bit of the stay. The pool was clean. The restaurant, the bar, and the pool were overseeing the lake and greenery. The environment of the stay was worth it.

Only thing I didn't like was our interaction with front desk staff. For a 4 star property, we expected a bit more engagement and experience from them. Every question was 10 minutes long back and forth to understand what we were being told.
