MYMYSaya menginap di Tok Bali Beach Resort selama 1 malam pada 16 May 2026 hingga 17 May 2026. Secara keseluruhan saya beri 3/5 bintang. Perkara yang saya suka: Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan kawasan hotel luas. Staff hotel mesra dan membantu. Kemudahan hotel agak lengkap seperti gym, dewan mesyuarat dan kawasan riadah untuk aktiviti sukan. Parking mudah dan kawasan sekitar hotel selesa. Bilik besar dan selesa untuk keluarga. ------‐-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I stayed at Tok Bali Beach Resort for 1 night from 16 May 2026 until 17 May 2026. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. What I liked: The hotel location is good and the overall hotel area is spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has good facilities such as a gym, meeting hall, and recreational areas for sports activities. Parking area is spacious and convenient. The room was large and comfortable for staying.
Namun ada beberapa perkara yang perlu diperbaiki: - TV channel sangat teruk dan hampir tiada siaran yang boleh ditonton. TV juga sudah lama berbanding hotel lain yang kebanyakannya sudah menggunakan Android TV. - Line telefon untuk CelcomDigi langsung tiada dalam bilik. - Ironing board dalam bilik sudah uzur dan alas iron board terlalu nipis. - Sabun tangan di sinki tiada disediakan. - Tiada extra pillow disediakan. Untuk breakfast pula agak mengecewakan: - Coffee dan tea perlu bancuh sendiri menggunakan uncang yang disediakan. - Cornflakes biasa dan coklat rasa kurang fresh. - Tiada omelette station. - Tiada telur separuh masak. Harap pihak hotel dapat memperbaiki perkara-perkara ini kerana hotel ini sebenarnya mempunyai potensi yang baik dari segi lokasi dan kemudahan. ‐----‐‐---------------------------------------- However, there are several areas that need improvement: - The TV channels were very poor and almost nothing could be watched. The TV is also outdated compared to many other hotels nowadays that already use Android TV. - CelcomDigi mobile line coverage inside the room was completely unavailable. - The ironing board in the room was old and worn out, and the ironing board cover was extremely thin. - No hand soap was provided at the sink. - No extra pillows were provided. The breakfast experience was also disappointing: - Coffee and tea had to be self-prepared using tea bags and sachets provided. - The plain and chocolate cornflakes did not taste fresh. - No omelette station. - No half-boiled eggs available. I hope the hotel management can improve these areas because the hotel actually has good potential in terms of location and facilities.
